Refund policy
Being satisfied with what you bought is the outcome we are after. Where that falls short, here is the route returns and refunds take.
A Window of 30 Days
Delivery day starts the count, and you have 30 days from there to ask for a return. Eligibility rests on three things: the item stays unused, it stays in its original packaging, and it comes back in the condition it left in.
Setting a Return in Motion
Come to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason behind the return. Approval brings you full directions — the way to ship it, and the address it needs to reach.
Parcels arriving without approval beforehand cannot be taken in.
Damage and Problems
Look your order over the day it lands. Anything faulty, damaged, or plainly wrong deserves an immediate message to us. We look into it and settle on something fair alongside you.
What Falls Outside Returns
Several categories sit beyond the reach of this policy: goods built to order or personalized, items broken through misuse, items separated from their original packaging, and anything carrying a final sale tag on the day of purchase.
Refunds
Your parcel reaches us, we inspect it, and word follows on whether the refund is approved or refused. Approved refunds run back to the original payment method inside 7–14 business days. Your bank or card provider may stretch that before the money surfaces.
Exchanges
Quickest path to the item you actually wanted: send the first one back, wait for the confirmation, then order the replacement on its own.
Return Postage
Return postage rests with the customer as a matter of course. Our own error changes that — a faulty item, or the wrong one leaving our hands.
