Preparing Your Order

Getting an order ready takes 1–3 business days — Monday to Friday, public holidays set aside. Orders landing over a weekend or on a holiday begin moving the next business day.

Delivery Windows

Once the parcel sits with the carrier, these are the rough windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where the option appears)
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, shaped by the destination country and the pace of customs clearance

Read these as estimates. They carry no guarantee.

What It Costs

Checkout works the cost out from weight, dimensions, and the destination. Selected orders and the occasional promotion carry no shipping cost at all.

Following Your Parcel

Dispatch triggers an email carrying your tracking number. The tracking details themselves may need up to 48 hours to catch up.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Parcels crossing a border leave customs charges, import taxes, and any other destination-country fee with the recipient. None of that sits inside the product price or the shipping cost, and the local courier normally collects it at the door.

Parcels That Go Missing or Arrive Damaged

A parcel lost along the way, or damaged by the time it reaches you, needs a message from you inside 7 days of the expected delivery date. From there we take it up with the carrier.

Getting the Address Right

Look the delivery address over carefully at checkout. Parcels that go astray on the back of a wrongly entered address fall outside our responsibility. A mistake spotted inside 12 hours of ordering gives us a chance to fix it before dispatch.
